Hi, I’m Heather!

I’m a personal trainer and squash coach with a passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals and discover their potential. Growing up in Yamba, NSW, I found my love for squash through my family’s squash center. Competing professionally and reaching a world ranking of 112 taught me the value of discipline, resilience, and personalized coaching.

Today, I channel that experience into empowering others—whether it’s on the squash court or in the gym. My mission is to provide expert, personalized guidance to help you feel stronger, healthier, and more confident.
